	Spacious, modern and light, Bush House offers sumptuous contemporary styling in a lush, one-acre native bush setting just a brief walk from the shore of Lake Tekapo and the Church of the Good Shepherd. The property features two queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom, two bathrooms (one with a tub), open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with satellite TV and music centre (pictured below), laundry, extensive outdoor deck area, carport/garage and private driveway.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of stay are subject to a 100% charge^*.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of stay are subject to a 50% charge^*.
